Carl Falcon

Carl Falcon is currently a Managing Director with Ameridan. He specializes in the secondary market research, competitive analysis, and industry due-diligence efforts that underpin most of Ameridan’s projects in the consumer, transportation, and industrial sectors.

Before joining Ameridan, Carl held a range of leadership roles in the strategic planning and corporate development functions for several semiconductor firms, most recently as VP Corporate Development for Standard Microsystems Corp. His background in technology and business provides a unique perspective on the many growth challenges facing firms in an ever-changing tech-oriented economy.

Carl holds an MBA from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
